Holocene is the stunning new collaborative EP from ambient stalwarts Dear Gravity & We Dream of Eden. Inspired by the concept of passing life down to the next generation, while pondering questions of what world and what truths we are imparting, this is a deeply personal, emotive, and moving musical experience.

Their previous joint EP, Riven, was released to critical acclaim in August 2020, with The Noise Gate describing it as full of “emotions and deepness”, and Louder Than The Music giving it 5/5, and writing that the tracks are “simply breathtaking, haunting, beautiful… something really special”

Music from both artists has been regularly included in Spotify editorial playlists (including Dreamy Vibes, Lava Lamp, Cloud Gazing and more), while also reaching a combined total of over 350k monthly listeners across streaming platforms. Blurring the lines of ambient, post-rock, and experimental sounds, this is a truly cinematic six-track release that beautifully encapsulates the individual artists’ sounds, while simultaneously exploring new and exciting sonic territory.

Holocene will be released on Echoes Blue Music across all digital platforms on 4th February 2022.
